Packard Health Executive Director

Kim Kratz, Executive DirectorKimberly Kratz, MSW, MPH, joined Packard Health as Executive Director in January 2007. She holds dual master degrees from the University of Michigan, in public health policy and administration and in social work. Early in her career, Ms. Kratz lived and worked in Hermosillo, Mexico, researching the reproductive health of women working in maquiladoras (foreign-owned factories that produce goods for export). She later served for 16 years as Executive Director of Migrant Health Promotion, a national non-profit organization for farm-workers' health advocacy. Under her leadership, Migrant Health Promotion grew from a regional organization to a highly respected national organization, and was honored by the Department of Health and Human Services with the national Models That Work award. Ms. Kratz shares Packard Health's passion for making first-rate health care accessible to all.

These include appointment scheduling, reception services, medical records management, referrals, billing, bookkeeping, and technical support. They also provide health education and patient advocacy services, including assistance to uninsured patients applying for community health coverage programs and other services.
