Packard Pacers
The Packard Pacers Walking Group promotes wellness through physical activity. The group meets at County Farm Park on Saturday mornings for stretching exercises and walking with Packard health care providers. Pacers are grouped by ability level, and track their achievements using exercise logs and pedometers.
Packard Pacers and friends are invited to join the social networking site for nutrition and exercise education, coaching, and social support.
The 16-week Packard Pacers Walking Program will kick off on June 6, 2009.
