Raymond Rion, MD, Packard Health Executive Director and Medical DirectorDr. Rion is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Human Medicine (1987) and completed his residency at Brown University. After his residency, Dr. Rion practiced at a federally funded health center near Alpena, MI, then returned to southeast Michigan to join the University of Michigan Hospital System. Dr. Rion has practiced at Packard Health since 2003, serving as Medical Director since 2007. His clinical interests include diabetes management, care of older adults, and adult dermatology. Dr. Rion is a member of the executive committee of the Washtenaw County Medical Society. He is also a recognized leader on the integration of family medicine and behavioral health care. |

Holly Ross, MD - Assistant Medical DirectorDr. Ross completed a residency in the department of Family Practice at the University of Michigan Health System (UMHS). Prior to her residency, Dr. Ross practiced family medicine in Vermont and from 2001- 2004, served in the United States Navy as a flight surgeon. Dr. Ross has a special interest in sports medicine, care of chronic conditions, women’s health, and the care of veterans and their families. |

Ravi Vadlamudi, MDDr. Vadlamudi is a graduate of the Michigan State Medical School. He served as Chief Resident in Family Practice at the University of Wisconsin and was a faculty member at the Tulane University Medical School. Most recently, Dr. Vadlamudi practiced with the CIWEC Travel Medicine Center in Kathmandu, Nepal. Dr. Vadlamudi practices family medicine with a special interest in children’s medicine. |

Martha Kershaw, MDDr. Kershaw is a board certified family practitioner who earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. She completed her family practice residency at the University of Rochester/ Highland Hospital in Rochester, New York, then came to the University of Michigan Department of Family Practice, serving in a variety of teaching positions and as an attending physician at the Family Mother-Baby Obstetrical service and at the Chelsea Family Practice Center. Dr. Kershaw also serves as a volunteer physician at Hope Medical Clinic in Ypsilanti. |

Cathy Buiten, BSN, RN, MS, APRN, BCMs. Buiten is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Communications from Grand Valley State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University and a Master of Science in Community Health Nursing from the University of Michigan. Before coming to Packard Health, Ms. Buiten practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Westland Clinic in Westland, MI, Minute Clinic Diagnostics of Michigan, and Hope Clinic in Ypsilanti, MI. |

Elizabeth (Liz) Lundy-Wiegers, BSN, RN, MS, FNP-BCA board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Lundy-Wiegers earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Community Health Nursing from the University of Michigan. She has previously served as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the Family Health Centers in Battle Creek and Albion, MI and most recently with the University of Michigan Nurse Managed Centers in Ann Arbor. |

Sarah Reits, BSN, MS, RN, ANPMs. Reits is a graduate of the University of Michigan with both a Master of Science in Community Health Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a certified Nurse Practitioner. She previously worked as a nurse in the medical intensive care unit at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. |

Kari Bail, MSN, MPH, RN, ANPMs. Bail is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who also did training in women's health. She holds a dual Masters Degree in nursing and public health (international focus) from Emory University. She worked as a nurse on the Navajo Reservation in Chinle, Arizona in women's health, and on a general medicine floor at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She is fluent in Spanish. Her interests include disease prevention and health education, women's health, adolescent health, and providing care to Spanish-speaking patients. |

Timothy Florence, MDDr. Florence, the Associate Medical Director of the Washtenaw Community Health Organization, is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed residency training in psychiatry at the University of Michigan. His clinical interests include psychotic disorders, major mood disorders, and integrating primary care with behavioral health care. |

Amy Rendon, LMSW, CAACMs. Rendon completed both her graduate and undergraduate work at Eastern Michigan University. She obtained a Master of Social Work degree specializing in mental health and substance abuse in 2001. She also holds a certification from the State of Michigan as an Advanced Addictions Counselor. Additionally she is the program coordinator for the Washtenaw County Integrated Health program |

Karen Koeppe, MS, RD, CDEMs. Koeppe received her Master of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1982) and completed her undergraduate work in Human Nutrition at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, and is the chronic disease case manager at Packard Health. Her interests include disease self-management education and support, and health promotion. |

Ann Schafenacker, RN, MSNMs. Schafenacker serves as Packard Health’s Nurse Care Manager after over 15 years as a research nurse and project manager at (most recently) the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Ann’s research focused on helping cancer patients and their family caregivers manage the stresses arising from diagnosis and treatment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Psycho-Biology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University School of Nursing, New Haven, CT. |
